This Privacy Policy ("Policy") applies to OfferIQ™ and Brite Path Enterprises LLC ("Company") and governs data collection and usage. For the purposes of this Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to the Company include www.tryofferiq.com. OfferIQ™ is a subscription-based real estate deal analysis and acquisition intelligence platform for real estate wholesalers and investors. By using the OfferIQ™ platform, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

In order to better provide you with products and services offered, the Company may collect personally identifiable information, such as your first and last name, email address, payment information processed securely via Stripe, property addresses entered for deal analysis, saved deal data and subscription tier, and usage analytics. We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us.

The Company collects and uses your personal information to operate and deliver the services you have requested, to provide you with notices about your account, to carry out billing and collection obligations, to notify you about changes to OfferIQ™ or any products or services we offer, to maintain the security of the Company's services and prevent fraud or misuse, to comply with applicable laws and regulations, and to provide and improve the OfferIQ™ platform services including processing subscription payments, delivering deal analysis results, sending transactional and onboarding emails, maintaining user accounts, and ensuring platform security and performance.

The Company does not sell, rent, or lease its customer lists to third parties. The Company does not sell biometric data to third parties. The Company may share data with trusted partners to help perform statistical analysis, send you email, provide customer support, or deliver services. All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services to the Company, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.

The Company may disclose your personal information without notice if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to conform to the edicts of the law, protect and defend the rights or property of the Company, or protect the personal safety of users of the Company or the public.

You have the right to know what personal information we collect about you and how it is used. You also have the right to request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions. The Company secures your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure using the following methods: Supabase for encrypted database storage and secure user authentication, Stripe for PCI-compliant payment processing with no payment data stored on OfferIQ™ servers, Vercel for secure cloud hosting with SSL encryption, and Resend for secure transactional email delivery. While we strive to take appropriate security measures, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100 percent secure.

Subject to certain exceptions, on receipt of a verifiable request from you, we will delete your personal information from our records and direct any service providers to delete your personal information from their records. To submit a deletion request, email support@tryofferiq.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." Please note that we may not be able to comply with deletion requests if it is necessary to complete an existing transaction, detect security incidents, or comply with a legal obligation.

The Company maintains reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, acquisition, disclosure, or use. In the event of a security incident involving personal information, the Company will promptly investigate the incident and provide notice to affected individuals and, where required, to applicable regulatory authorities in accordance with applicable law.

The Company does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. If you are under the age of 13, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use this platform.

You will be able to connect your OfferIQ™ account to third-party accounts including Google. By connecting your account, you consent to the continuous release of information about you to others in accordance with your privacy settings on those third-party sites. If you do not want information about you to be shared in this manner, do not use this feature. You may disconnect your Google account connection at any time by visiting your Account Settings page within the OfferIQ™ platform and selecting the option to unlink your Google account. You may also contact us directly at support@tryofferiq.com or by phone at (502) 408-6842 to request disconnection of any third-party account access.

From time to time, the Company may contact you via email for the purpose of providing announcements, promotional offers, alerts, confirmations, surveys, and other general communication. We may receive a notification when you open an email from the Company or click on a link therein to help us improve our services. To stop receiving marketing or promotional communications, you may unsubscribe by clicking the unsubscribe link included at the bottom of every email, or by contacting us directly at support@tryofferiq.com with the subject line "Unsubscribe."

We may store your data on servers provided by third-party hosting vendors including Supabase, Vercel, and Stripe, with whom we have contracted to provide secure data storage and processing services.

The Company reserves the right to change this Policy from time to time. When changes to this Policy are significant, we will inform you via email to the primary email address on your account or by placing a prominent notice on our platform. Your continued use of the platform after such modifications constitutes your acknowledgment of and agreement to be bound by the modified Policy.
